Born and raised in Vancouver, British
Columbia, I was an active member of my community from a young age.
I almost pursued a career in acting, but quickly realized that
science was my true passion. My love of science led to the
completion of a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology at Simon
Fraser University in 1997 and a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at
the University of British Columbia in 2001. Although my formal
education is complete, it is important to me to continue a lifetime
of learning. I have been an active member of various dental study
clubs and courses.
I have been working at Crescent Park Dental for the
past five years, with three very talented dentists. I have always
valued a strong sense of family and community and feel privileged
to have the opportunity to work in the Surrey / White Rock area.
Each and every one of my patients is part of the Crescent Park
Dental community and family. I make it my personal responsibility
to ensure that each patient is treated with the same attention and
care that my own immediate family would receive.
As a citizen of our global community, I hope to
reach out to others worldwide. This past summer, my fiancé, Rachel
and I traveled to Peru to explore and learn about Peruvian culture.
As a small token of our appreciation and respect, we distributed
hundreds of toothbrushes and toothpaste to people in rural areas
that had no access to dental hygiene products. I hope to have many
more opportunities to contribute on an international level.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
